Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to Automojo, Inc. (“Automojo”) and www.Automojo.com and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Automojo, Inc. include www.Automojo.com and Automojo.com. The Automojo.com website is a mobile auto detailing site. By using the Automojo.com website (“Site”), you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on the Site, Automojo may collect personally identifiable information, such as your: First and Last Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Customer's vehicle information. If you purchase Automojo's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include:

• registering for an account on the Site
• entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners
• signing up for special offers from selected third parties
• sending us an email message
• submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on the Site.

This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

Automojo secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Automojo uses the following methods for this purpose: When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through the Site cannot be guaranteed.

Minors

Automojo does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors. If you are a minor, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Site.

Email Communications

From time to time, Automojo may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Automojo.com, you may opt out of such communications by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in the email or contact us by emailing service@automojo.com.

External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

Monthly Subscription

If you enroll in the Automojo Subscription Plan, the subscription fee will be an automatic recurring monthly charge to the subscriber's credit card. The payment will be charged on the day it was purchased and will automatically renew monthly on the day of the month it was initially purchased. Subscribers may cancel the subscription at any time by logging into Automojo.com or through our mobile application. To cancel by email, please email service@automojo.com. If canceling by email, please allow a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the next billing date to effectively cancel your subscription. There are no refunds or "rollover" credits for lack of use during the subscription term.

Subscribers may change their contact/billing information at Automojo.com or through the mobile application at any time. It is the subscriber's responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address and phone number on file in their Automojo.com account to receive any changes or updates to the terms and conditions for their monthly Automojo Club subscription. If you need to change your vehicle information, please email us at support@automojo.com.

In the event Automojo is unable to charge a customer's credit card for any reasons, the customer's Automojo Club subscription will be halted immediately. Automojo reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a service due to inclement weather, major holidays, or equipment failure. Automojo may increase monthly rates after written or emailed notice is posted. If there is a tax rate change in your home site location's area, Automojo reserves the right to change the payment amount to include tax at any time to comply with the then applicable law.

The Automojo Club subscription is intended for a single vehicle only. Fraudulent use of the subscription will result in immediate termination of the Automojo Subscription Plan. The Automojo Subscription Plan is subject to change without notice. There will be a recurring monthly charge on your credit card for your Automojo Club subscription. By clicking 'Agree' during the finalization process of the Automojo Club registration, you represent that you understand and agree to the Automojo Subscription Plan.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Automojo reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on the Site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Site and/or services available through the Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the then current Privacy Policy.
